Industrial Decanters

ISS offer a comprehensive range of decanters suitable for a variety of industries. We can supply machines of varying capacities from all the leading manufacturers. All our decanters are refurbished to a high standard by our in house specialist engineers.

All our decanters are stripped to component part and prepared for full engineering assessment. Scrolls are checked for wear and rebuilt back to original specifications, with new hard facing material applied. Bowl hub bearing and seal diameters are measured and restored to original tolerance. Bowl body wear strips are replaced for new where required, as well as all tungsten consumable parts. Bowls and scrolls are dynamically balanced in house before complete rebuild. On completion, decanters are thoroughly tested in our in house test area and all vibration and temperature readings recorded.
