Plate Heat Exchangers Service

ISS also offer a full overhaul service for Plate Heat Exchangers where units are stripped to component part. Plates are chemically cleaned before being put through a crack detection process where failed plates are replaced for new. Once completed, new gaskets and inserts are fitted and the unit is rebuilt back to correct dimensions before being set up on the test area for pressure testing. Test certificates are available on request.
